I’m about halfway through this book and I have to say I highly recommend it. If you’re interested in finding out more about AI and want an easy to understand overview then this is the book to buy. (IMHO)
The section titled ‘Four rules for Co-Intelligence’ should be a mantra for anyone using AI to stick to or at the very least, guided by.
Here they are:
I think the trick is to experiment with AI whenever you can, I'm pretty much using it every day for various tasks and have been for a while now. You definitely learn things along the way, and that will continue to be the way for the forseable future.
There are scary elements about it but also there's so much potential, we just have to understand what it is we are using and how best to use it for the good of humanity and society.
If you ask me Ethan’s book should be standard reading for all politicians and distributed in schools.
Scientia potentia est
I'm sure it will be available in all good bookshops by now. I pre-ordered my copy from Amazon a while back so they will have it in stock. Here's the link, not affiliated in any way, I just think it's a very worthwhile read…

Update: Seems it's now a New York Times bestseller! (and rightly so)
